Amy Houston was born in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. She lived on St. Simons before moving away to attend the University of Florida in Gainesville. She and her husband, Jon, both graduated with honors and were anxious to move home to the place they love! They enjoy a beautiful life with their three children, Jacob, Claire, and Finn.

Amy was previously a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Children in Glynn County, as well as the President of Heart Gallery of Georgia. She is now board chair of Hope 1312 Collective, a nonprofit that provides Hope to children in the welfare system. Her efforts at Hope 1312 have paved the way for a culture of service, excellence and fun through their various programs such as Festival of Trees and Royal Family Kids Camp. For her extensive community involvement, she was awarded the Dartee Gayner Award.

“Real estate is not that different from what I was doing before… either way I am helping people achieve their goals and that is very rewarding for me.” Amy allows her real estate business to be yet another avenue of service to families in our community. She puts integrity, professionalism and knowledge first in order to give each and every client the best possible service -all the while looking forward to a long-lasting friendship after the sale! She is proud to be an Oglethorpe Award holder for being a top agent for 10 consecutive years.
