GardnerKeim Coastal Realty opened on October 17, 2017 with a group of seasoned, local real estate agents whose goal was to:

• Assembling the finest team of real estate professionals in the region,
• Providing our clients and customers with an unsurpassed level of industry knowledge, market strength, and client service,
• And to become the premier boutique real estate sales and marketing firm in the Golden Isles. We don't want to be the biggest, just the best.

DANA M. GARDNER, Owner & Associate Broker: Dana is a native of the Golden Isles and has been a real estate professional here since 2004, all of them either working for or alongside Bill Keim, her mentor in the industry. The two of them decided to pool their talents and create the brokerage firm of their dreams.  Dana is a Lifetime Member of the GIAR Circle of Excellence . Bill served as founding broker of the new company until his retirement in the fall of 2020.

DAVID T. GARDNER, Broker: David has been a springtime visitor to St Simons all his life and became a full-time resident in 1997 when he and Dana moved their family here from Columbus, GA. David taught at Frederica Academy for 20 years and, after leaving teaching, got his real estate sales license in June of 2016. He has been the qualifying broker since the fall of 2020 for GardnerKeim. 

As we look ahead, we invite those interested in buying or selling real estate in Glynn County to look carefully at us.
