After years of raising 5 children and moving to 3 states (NJ, CO, and PA), Kathleen Haller began her real estate career on the Main Line of Philadelphia in 1983 and quickly became Rookie of the Year.

Life changed in 1994 when not wanting to shovel snow again, they searched for somewhere warm on an island and found St Simons Island. On St. Simons, Kathleen jumped back into real estate and her husband built their home. Kathleen has made many friends, put down deep roots and could never leave this wonderful place. Her real estate career blossomed, and she feels blessed for all the wonderful referrals that her clients have given over the years. The most rewarding is former clients sending their family members or past clients coming back again.

Her five children and Lee's two, and all the spouses visit as often as possible with their 17 grandchildren. Now her home is filled with the antics of pups, Sofia Graziella and Bailey Bear. Her Sea Palms neighborhood is a wonderful place for children to fish and people to walk their dogs. Her passions are Sailing, snow skiing, golf, books and grandchildren.
